All Starter Kits come with a 14 Day free parts replacement warranty. Which covers the battery and atomizer. There are no refunds or exchanges.

For any reason your unit stops working within 14 days of purchase we will replace it free of charge.

Just send your unit back to us and once we receive it your new unit will be on its way.
